Lemme say first of all - If you really like a photo and you want to spread it around to some of your groups on dA... please feel free to do so with my blessing, thanks and tons of appreciation, no need to ask my permission first. You can spread my photos further and faster on dA than I ever could dream of doing alone.
Ok, now with that said...
I am a amateur/hobbyist photographer, just got a decent camera in Sep 2011. I have always enjoyed art and I am now getting a chance to use my camera to capture images of the beauty in our world, natural and man made. I am also a father of two and have been married for more than twenty years to my highschool sweetheart. On Fridays my daughter and I take off some where to take photos... more or less a father/daughter day out to have some fun. So you will find many photos from those days in my gallery... but as time passes I and take my camera with me to places I think I may have photo opportunies, without being rude, the random photos may eventually outnumber the ones I go out for photos on purpose.
Oh, and BTW... I love to thank for Fav's. I will try not to spam you too much, but you will probably hear from me if you fav a photo. When I thank you I will look at your gallery and see what is there, no need to ask me to look at your gallery, I probably already have. I have been on dA for 6yrs now and have less than 70 favorites. I love allot of art, but I will only fav art that really calls to me. I love to talk to people, to connect with people from around the globe, so if you are feeling chatty, go ahead and let loose with whatever small talk, questions or chatter you have on your mind. Now the negatives... don't ask for points and I wont follow you unless I am truly taken by your art. Don't feel bad if I don't, because if I do, then I truly mean it.
As far as what I do for post processing on my photos... I auto correct contrast and possibly color, put a tiny bit of 'photographers curve' in, plaster my name on it and ta-da... done.
